Always wanted to do a European river cruise. The size of the ship, number of passengers, day tours, all were wonderful. Only suggestion might be to offer more German sausages since we were in Germany so much. Also, be careful with any pre stay trip, as getting to the boat was quite an adventure. Lock up you transportation before you go. Also, research your pre or post trip amenities. Our agent booked us in a hotel in Zurich that was a 20 franc cab ride each way to downtown, where all the fun stuff to do was. We would definitely recommend a few days in Zurich. A very beautiful town. Great farmers market. Make sure you take all the day tours(mostly walking, some by bus). The cathedrals and castles are definitely a must see. The information given about them is well done and the details in the buildings ( stained glass, cut rock work) and the length of time to build each is amazing as well. You won't be disappointed with anything on this trip.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Stateroom

Cabin E

Only use the cabin for cleaning up and sleeping so it was just fine. Queen size bed was very comfortable.

Port Reviews

Basel

Blown glass works and wooden coo coo clocks were cool to see. Long bus ride for a short stay.

Cologne

Nice leisurely walk. Lots of history.
