We have sailed NCL on 4 different occasions to 4 different destinations and this will likely be the last. First the good - room stewards, ship cleanliness, shows and overall entertainment. Not so good - bar staff, nickel and diming, initial boarding experience, return cruiser benefits, cruise director presence, young person behavior control and poolside attentiveness.
We use to view NCL as a step above the party boat experience of Carnival. Now, they can be considered equals and off-putting.
Do your homework before booking and understand what you will be signing up for in advance.

Clean, well maintained and ready for residence at time of check-in. Not sure how a family of 3 or 4 could fit into this room.
