Departure from Venice Italy. Food is awful the breakfast is terrible. Egg cold hard and forget the benedictine egg. The diner is not good also. The fish terrible and the steak very bad. I did 8 cruise before and I talked to many people on the ship and they was all agree with me the food is very bad. The service at the restaurant is awful. The server bring the food to me and the two people at the table after he serve the the other tables and after he was back to ours table to serve the food to my wife and my daughter what a stupid server. Also you need to paid for water at the restaurant but not at the cafeteria. Very very small portion at the restaurant. And often the server bring the something we didn't order. The personnel are harassment us all the time if we want a drink package. The buffet restaurant is very tide and full all the time very very difficult to find a table most of the time we when to the second pool outside to be able to find a table. If you are with a wheel chair good luck. Gymnasium not big with only one set for each weight. the show are good. The singer on the cruise are medium. Many people was not happy with the timing for the restaurant. The ship in general is nice. the personnel at the cafeteria was not nice and they don't move when you walk with a plate. The juice is not good and only in the morning. the good point is the embarkation was excellent. I was the second in the line to get a ticket for the tender. A tender can have around 250 peoples but they give around 50 ticket for each tender at the beginning. Probably the other one are for the excursion and the suite ect..First time with MSC and last time.
