I love this ship! Obviously, since I have been aboard 4 times. The food, stateroom and staff are amazing! The layout of the ship is perfect. It is convenient to get to the ship, living in New York. Do not miss Jamie's Italian or Chops Grille. The bar staff in the Solarium Bar and The Schooner bar are the best! The itinerary and ports of call were simply beautiful. Bermuda, St. Maarten, Puerto Rico and the Private Island in Labadee. Having said all that, I've been on this ship 3 times before and had the same cruise Director, Dru. This time, sadly we did not. It was a totally different experience. The current cruise director did not connect or try to engage with the passengers at all. This cruise, the entertainment was seriously lacking. The 4th of July party this time was a disaster. Last year, 2017, it was amazing! I would love to go back on this ship, but hope next time the they step up their game on activities, entertainment and the people running it.
