My family chose this cruise for a sweet 16 alternative. Spent the entire ten days being nickel and dimed for mediocre on board entertainment. Drinks were expensive. Internet was expensive and basically a necessity if you traveled with a group. All of the good food costed extra. Our shore excursions got cancelled because of weather in Bermuda and we had to hunt down three separate sections on the ship to get a straight answer about a refund. Which ended up being NON REFUNDABLE ON BOARD CREDIT. also getting off the boat was a joke. They lost our luggage. It took me over 45 minutes and 6 employees to find it only to wait on a line where they only had 3 customs agents and they weren't even checking bags. They glanced at your passport and sent you outside. Try a different cruise line, a lot of other guests on board recommended Norwegian!!
