Baltic cruise. Great food, nice cabin, lovely ship. At the halfway point in port at Estonia I received a message that my dad had collapsed and was dying in the UK. The crew offered no support at all with help booking flights, wouldn't even order a taxi. Our ship cards were taken off us at the dockside as if we were being thrown off.

We had to walk around with cases dockside to find a taxi. Eventually a shop assistant helped us. We made it home just before dad passed away.
