First i this is my 7th cruise and i have seen good and bad, but i have never written a review,

I booked this cruise (4 cabins) for a large family cruise. One of the rooms (10093) had a large constant vibration. It did not matter if the ship was at sea or docked. Several cruise employees came to listen and agreed that this was very bad (kept passengers awake) and that they would get back to me on a solution. Their solution was a $5 bottle of wine. I told them this was not acceptable and after politely discussing the situation for several days, they offered me a $100 credit toward anything on the ship. I found this insulting as we paid over $3000 for the trip. The ship is old and needs to be retired.

The food on the ship was absolutely horrible the first two nights in the dinning room, but after that it was like normal cruise food for the last 6 nights. The dinning staff was average, and i have seen better on other cruises.
