This was the first cruise for our family of nine. Getting on the ship went very well and the customer service was excellent. We enjoyed our experience but were a little disappointed in the shows and food. Most of the desserts tasted as if they had been frozen. The food in the dining room was generally good. The service iwas always great. We were surprised that it didn’t really matter what you wore to the dining room in the evening. Although the literature says no ball caps, flip-flops, bathing suits, or cut off’s there were always plenty of those at every table. If you aren’t going to follow this policy why have it? We went to several of the topical seminars but all they really were was a place to sale foot inserts, or some other kind of product. With a few exceptions they rarely had the largest shows in the largest theater (Ivanhoe). You often had to be standing to watch comedy shows are the magic show because they booked the smaller room. The country show and the rock ‘n’ roll show were not the best. The special effects were good but the talent was a little week. Our room was super clean all week and again the service was exceptional wherever we were.
