Nice bus, great guide (Daniella), and enough time at both locations.  Even though it was 'on our own', she gave us historical/educational information at both locations and we took her advice for lunch in Florence and it was delicious and quick.  Great day.

Eze was stunning!  Tour of Fragonard factory was interesting, but we didn't buy anything.  Would've preferred a little more time in Eze.  Our guide had Monaco plates, so we were able to drive closer to the palace than other non-Monaco cars.  Spent a brief time in Monaco before heading back to Cannes.  Ate a late lunch in Cannes before heading back to ship.  Line to tender back was over an hour long in the blistering hot sun and no cover.  Everyone was a sweaty a mess.  (the tenders are lifeboats, so enclosed and no a/c) Ship staff provides 2 swallows of water in a cup, which is enough to wet your whistle, but that's it.  They also provided frozen fruit pops which were difficult to open and you had to discard them at security 20 steps later.

We bought tickets for the shuttle at $15/person and realized that we had to walk almost 20 minutes back towards the ship to get to our tour.  Oops.  Palma was our shortest port time and there was a lot to see, so we opted for the bike tour.  It was nearly 100 degrees that day and all of the stone just radiated the heat.  We had a great tour of the old town of Palma and really saw a lot and ended with tapas and a drink with our guide.

walking tour was very good, but didn't love Barcelona.  Lots of litter and graffiti.  Others love Barcelona, so will give it another chance if we end up in that area again.

Excellent day despite other tour members.  Positano was just gorgeous and would have loved to stay there!  Sorrento-very short time in this lovely cliff-side city, where we ate lunch.  Pompeii and it's tour was fascinating.

Our 3rd bed was left down 100% of the time most of the cruise, so we only had one bed to sit on (the 3rd bed was let down from the ceiling making the bed underneath it impossible to sit on).Free-style dining worked for us because of our schedule with our port stops, but we missed the connections made with servers when you have a set dining schedule.
