Chose due to the destinations but will never cruise on Norwegian again. 2nd time and equates to the 2 worst cruises we've been on. There's just too many people for the ships facilities. Everyone reserves their pool chairs early in the morning and fights break out over them. There's just not enough staff per passenger and it's chaos on the pool deck for the one pool. be prepared to wait in long lines to get service at the bar, pool side service is almost non existent. Cabin was nice but do not stay on deck 11 aft, as the cafe is directly above and you hear chairs screeching 18 hours of the day. They're not too strict on smoking policy so our cabin neighbors were smoking and the smoke kept coming into our balcony and cabin, we had to keep our door closed. every area seems overcrowded, service can take 10 to 15 minutes around the pool bars. boat is getting a bit tired/dirty, the wine selection is poor, if you're on an ultimate beverage package, i'm not sure you're getting your monies worth. we won't ever go on Norwegian again, of all the cruises we've been on, Norwegian has been the biggest disappointment.
