Boat rundown. Our stateroom musty, holes in curtains. Toilet always smelled, 1st sheets on our bed had a stain on them. Staff didn't seem happy overall, from our stateroom attendant to the staff around the boat. Not as friendly as other ships. Not the greetings we usually would get, Ice skating free time hardly available, main draw for booking the cruise for our kids. I think there were under 10 hours of free skate time. Food was good. Extra charges for burgers (not included like on Carnival) No pizza by pool have to walk to 5th deck. The shows were good. The kids had fun at the kids club, but the workers not excited to see the kids when we showed up...seemed like they were punching the clock. The splash pad was nice for the kids as well as the adult only pool and whirlpool. It to us seemed like RCL didn't care about the boat condition or training staff.
