The scenery was breathtaking, the waitstaff were super friendly and efficient, our steward was exceptional, the food good overall (was expecting some crab legs and more low carb desserts), excursions (whale watching) was fabulous! Our flight to glacier was canceled twice due to weather (very disappointing!!) (no fault of crew). Wish we’d spent more time in Juneau and less time in Skagway. Very little to do there whereas Juneau was fabulous! Ketchikan is a beautiful place to wander around and explore! It was a lot colder than I’d packed for but we got some exceptional deals on cold weather wear from the shops onboard! Whale watching is a MUST!! Zero issues with our experience!! Fantastic trip! Highly recommend!! I read some really bad reviews about the ship and trip before we left and was pleasantly surprised. We experienced none of the issues stated by others; on the contrary, we had a wonderful experience.
