Im a first time cruiser so I chose a short cruise to test the waters. This was a group cruise, ages ranging from 5-62.

GETTING TO THE PORT: We decided not to park at the port ($20/day), instead we parked a the hotel down the street,Country inn and suites ($6.95/day). You dont have to stay at the hotel to park. They provide a shuttle to transport you to and from the port.

GETTING ON THE SHIP: We got off the shuttle checked our luggage and enter the security area. To my surprise, we were on the ship within 30 minutes. Our cabins were not ready yet so we hung out in the flowers lobby, got some drinks, and took some pictures.
