Our second cruise on Celebrity but likely our last. The line has gone downhill. The prime cruise focus for most if not all of the 2800 passengers was Saint Petersburg - well we were let down totally on that score spending two days at anchor as our ship's profile, it was claimed, was too large for the prevailing winds. Somehow the P&O Britannia with 1000+ more passengers had no such trouble negotiating the channel!! Our St. Pete's excursion people informed us that we were the only cruise ship not to dock!

The "explanation" from Captain Peppas was weak. No compensation whatsoever form the cruise line. Pathetic handling of the situation. Ship and/or Peppas unfit for purpose.

If St. P is an issue for this class of ship DON'T use it - you're gambling with the passenger's money and then being unreasonable and unfair when you fail to deliver.
