First problem that costa only sent the e tickets 3 days before the cruise after ringing the tour oppertater daily to this.
The restaurants have the same menu each day for breakfast lunch and evening with an ever so slight tweak. There was a hot dog burger area, being a vegetarian i requested a veggie burger and was told that I could have one in the designated restaurant that evening with a charge. The options on the menu were poor. Usually on a cruise a slice of pizza as a snack is usually an option, but not with costa an whole pizzas has to be purchased.
A second seating option that I asked to have on numerous occasions but was refused, but do not totally understand why as each stop passengers were embarking and disseminating.
Initially the cabin looked lovely. There were 0ne pillow each side of the bed, therefore looked for two more that were under the sette only to find they pillows were heavily stained. If these were stained what about the mattress and pillows on the bed. These were also stained, the mattress protected had stains and patches of yellow staining and hair. The cabin attendant, replaced the bed with new clean linen, had only shapped foam replacements as he could not find any replaments. A few hours later after scanning the ship alternatives were found. Just to say this was problem was just the tip of the iceberg. There was a problem with the toilet flush and the bathroom lock was faulty .
