We booked this cruise o spend with family for mother's 80th birthday. From the start it was chaos to board in SF port with all the traffic and inefficient for drop off with luggage experience. A Princess line director was horrible to my mother who was trying to explain a situation she had - she did not listen or even try to help her.

The rooms were fine, not great, a bit old. The cabin stewards were great and tried to be as helpful as possible. The majority of the staff otherwise were not helpful nor did they have a good understanding of the ship or a sense of customer service - except at dinner. Our waiters were fantastic and very helpful, kind, professional and service oriented.

I loved the massage I got in the spa, except it was more expensive than the one I originally booked without any agreement to it.

Cabin BC

older than expected and bed was not as big or comfortable as I had expected.

The cabin steward Michael Magpayo was fabulous and tried to help whenever possible. He brought ice to room by ~4pm nearly every day. Was disappointed at the start when no robes were provided, since I had a spa appt. then he provided them the next morning.
