This was our once in a lifetime family cruise with 21 people. We saved up for 2.5 years to afford it and the kids and grandkids went without gifts, ie: Christmas, birthday, etc. for this time period. We paid for our children and grandchildren. Very disappointed. Food was sub par but our head waiter Jacob was wonderful. Very noisy cabins with no one insuring that the hallways would be kept quiet during sleeping hours, etc. Other problems we never would have expected from Royal Caribbean. Our air conditioning on the last day was not working at all and at least three times we found hair, plastic or other things in our food. Drinks were watered down. Food floating in the pools from kids going in with food. Music in pool area much too loud. Not enough dispensaries for water. Should not have to go to the bar for a glass of water. Employees did not seem to be happy or enjoying themselves at all.
