Would've been a dream cruise if not for fixable mistakes.

We chose to disembark from amsterdam because its inexpensive to fly there from most places in the world, and amsterdam itself is such a beautiful city to visit.

the crew staff in general are extremely helpful and friendly, it really gave a good general feeling to chit chat and have a good relationship with the crew members. The only unfriendly ones are security staff, they have obviously not been told to have courteous or welcoming behavior. This feeling was mutual for everyone else on ship as well.

The fact that we had to pay an extra fee of about 400 dollars/ per person, to get soft drinks and water during time on the ship was one of the companies sneaky ways of squeezing some more cash out of you. among other extra charges such as the gratuity charge every day per guest.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and this is same for every single person on cruise! everyone complained about back aches from beds. Couldn't wait to get off just to get into a comfy bed again!
