Embarkation/Disembarkation proved to be truly seamless in their operations.HOTS was immaculate. Dining was divine. Our balcony cabin on the 11th floor was cozy and the square footage just enough for us.
On the other hand, Guest Services. GS is just that. A Service Team. GS must prove to be better when assisting passengers. We are there to enjoy our sabbatical. For many, this happens once a year. Some of us have planned this event for over a year or so. When we are in need of aide, please assist. And do so with all the sincerity you can muster. Large ships can be overwhelming and especially for the young, the challenged and the more mature.
Shop curators likewise could use some quality customer service training. Assist. Be helpful.
Quaint stateroom with an excellent stateroom attendant to boot. SHAA SHAA! There was enough closet and drawer space for both hubby and self including daily casual wear and formal wear for two evenings. We also tugged aling scuba gear for our shore excursions.
Just a couple of hours spent around the port.
