This weather in July in the Southern Hemisphere is magnificent. We enjoyed

My daughter (7) and I (35M) got a great deal on this cruise. We figured it would be a good way to kill time during school holidays and were not wrong. The ship had a great atmosphere with happy cruisers, excellent service and fun entertainment. I

Getting on and off the ship was very fast. We had the "Faster to the Fun" package, and I highly recommend it. No lines, anywhere! It took less than 10 minutes to board the ship and less than that to disembark. Tendering and access to guest services was also a breeze with this perk.

Dining at the Empire restaurant was a highlight. The range and quality of cuisine was better than I expected. The wait staff however were truly the stars - you have to see this for yourself. Get to dinner early and there is no wait to be seated, even with Anytime Dining. Poolside fare at Guy Fieri's hamburger bar and the Blue Iguana taco stand were surprisingly good too. I preferred this to the offerings at the buffet. We had a dinner at the Noveau steakhouse. It was a great meal with good service and complimentary wine as we went on the first night.

Cabin 8A

This cabin was close to the dining room and the elevators. There was no loud noise to be heard. The view was great.

Isle of Pines (New Caledonia)

A great day at the beach. My daughter was able to go snorkelling at a close distance. There was ample room. It started off overcast and a bit cold but then warmed up during the day.
