We arrived in san Juan a day earlier and stayed at the LaConca in the Condado Area. We left for the ship around 1130 am and arrived at 11:45. The line was small and being Elite we had our docs reviwed and we were on ths ship at noon. We were met by staff who provided drinks and welcomed us aboard. We went to the lunch and its was great with staff going out of their way to help you with your selections and bringing your tray to the table. It should be noted that only the crew handles the food and thats a step up for most.

Our room was inside cabin and by the time we went down to it at 1:15pm our luggage had arrived. We unpacked and went to the aqua spa. The spa is super and the opportunity to have it all for yourself was even better.... They served great lunches low calorie there everyday.

The ship itself is super clean and crew was installing new carpets throughout our voyage. The shows were fun and the singers and dancers were excellent. We ate with the Captain, toured the bridge, galley and engine room area. It was a fun time for all.
