Too many bars and drunk people, crowded and disgusting pools, no adult movies, no place to eat outside, no religious services of any kind, no variety of music offerings, mediocre food at Marketplace and average in dining room, no library or newspapers, poolside bathrooms weren't cleaned often enough, toilet flushing was inadequate and LOUD, similar to those on an airplane. You could hear neighboring cabins flushing. There was no laundry bag or service, hot tubs were filled with kids, loud music and yelling into microphone interrupted dinner on two evenings, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep of ship was lacking. This cruise is NOT for adults who don't drink to get drunk. Too many kids (400 on our cruise) who were loud and unaccompanied by their parents. The main focus on this cruise was selling liquor, and lots of it. Horrible coffee in Marketplace forced us to buy overpriced coffee at Latte-tudes. We thought the entertainment was very good, the beds were comfortable and there was good A/C in our cabin. RC is clearly not for us, and we will never return.
This was the tiniest cabin we've ever had on a ship. Maybe that's why it was a good deal. The bathroom was minute, with very little room in the shower. I don't know how overweight people used it. The toilet flushed like the ones on an airplane, but inadequate. If you didn't put the used paper (never used any as thin as this) directly into the little bit of water, it didn't go down. The mirrors weren't cleaned, and even though I requested it, it never got done.
We love Key West and have been three times. This time, we took the FREE Duval Loop bus and visited The Hemingway House and the Butterfly Museum, both worthwhile visits. An afternoon deluge and the heat and humidity forced us to return to the ship for R&R.
