This was our 6 cruise all with tui .the majority of staff were lovely didn't rate our cabin boy he kept knocking too early in nights when I was in shower said he would come back sometimes he never usually we would tip as they do work hard but this time didn't .the food was fine only used waiter service once on changeover day as was quietest day buffet was fine even though busy always got seat .my biggest bugbear especially second week was the kids haven't a problem in general with kids but they took over the whirlpools in them all day everyday you're suppose to be 13 to even go in them and be with an adult parents just didn't care wasn't even watching them same In night singers were trying to perform and kids were doing cartwheels on floor so wrong one kid was even messing with piano in afternoon no idea where her parents were .didn't think we should have to be out by 8am either 10am would be much better as it was such a rush suppose to be on holiday .one kid told us we couldn't go in whirlpool we did go in though wouldn't be so bad if it was school hols that's why I picked those weeks .also my friend came with us as her husband died last year she had too pay £400.00 more than us which is disgusting tour operators should really think about this her cabin was same size as ours .loved port of calls been to most before so didn't always get off
