We chose this cruise of the ports the ship was to stop at. We have been on cruises with other companies and have always been happy. Unfortunately we can't say this of RCL. The embarkation and disembarkation was very badly organised and there were large queues to get out of the port at Hong Kong. There was no direction by security staff which led to people continually pushing in. Those of us who are polite enough to be aware of our fellow man ended up being pushed further and further to the back of the queue making exiting the terminal a very long process.

Staff - all very polite and courteous. Loved the Captain!

Cabin - noisy due to a motor running keeping us awake ALL night. Eventually got a room change after 4 days

Cabin Review

Interior

Cabin 1V

Cabin staff excellent, polite and courteous. Bed linen had seen better days. Hair dyer and tissues were available. Towels clean and we even had flannels. Like the towel sculptures. We had a problem with noise from what we thought was a pump which kept us awake. I had to wear noise cancelling headphones to block out noise. We eventually got a room change after complaining every day.
