First time cruising from Tampa. I was surprised how smooth the embarkation and debarkation process was. No huge lines like in Port Canaveral, etc. The ship is 25 years old, and it really shows, It is clean, but very worn.
My cabin was sold as having "Ocean view". The entire view was that of a life boat! All the cabins on the 8th deck were the same. Try to avoid that deck, unless you really like to study the side of a life boat!
The highlight of the cruise was of cause the visit to Havana. Beautiful place! We had a fantastic tour guide, Zoe, that took us on a walking tour of Old Havana. Don't miss it!
