I was very disappointed overall entire cruise . The food was average . The lack of choices of women could go without having to pay to eat was minimal . The cleanliness of the ship was disappointing .My state room bathroom had a terrible smell of urine the entire time which my state room attendant tried multiple times to clean but he was unable to rid this smell. There was only one ice cream machine on the entire ship and many times when we went there it was shut down for service . The when jammer which was it a fair shot down by 9 o’clock at night there’s really no place to go get food if you want to late night snack other in the promenade which had very limited selection of food . our first day of getting off the ship the lines were insane and took about an hour and a half to get off there was no organization . I felt there was no direction or information regarding any of the excursions been trying to get help and the shows and entertainment in my opinion awful . Have been on more than seven cruises on various cruise lines and this by far was the worst . Also my son was eating a piece of chicken and a piece of toothpick was in the food and got lodged into his throat . The one thing I do need to say all of the workers were very pleasant and very nice . Many people who I spoke with on the ship who had sailed on Royal Caribbean prior said this was the worst Royal Caribbean cruise they had been on so I don’t know what happened on this particular sailing . also felt like they just tried to get additional money out of you at every corner you turned . Ship look like other than the main promenade that he just needed to be upgraded and renovated it looked worn down and just was not maintained to a cleanliness standards that should have been .
