Able to fly from local airport i.e Cardiff was the main reason for booking this last minute cruise.... not been with Tui or Marella as it is now called before and was pleasantly surprised. Cabin on deck 9 was spacious and very clean, Jamie our cabin steward was amazing - great towel decorations too...

Embarkation was simple & ship layout was similar to previous cruise we had been on (celebrity) so was easy to get around. Food was great, waiter staff particularly Jessica in Vista were amazing ... nothing was too much trouble and drinks were topped up regularly (Jessica again..) Couple of nights it got a bit hectic and we left early due to long wait for dessert but other than that couldn’t fault it. Entertainment was superb. We heard a couple of rumblings from other cruise passengers that it wasn’t up to much but we thought it was excellent and unlike on previous cruises went to the show every night ... only disappointment was the comedian shipped over from Britain, we left early that night.

Only other criticisms we had were that there were too many additional fee paying restaurants, would have preferred to pay more up front and been able to attend each one even for one night & the other are the designated smoking areas in prime spots on the ship...
