This cruise came highly recommended by a close friend of mine. It does live up to my expectation. From embarkation to disembarkation, it went so smoothly and we didn't have to wait in line for a long time at all. The process and logistic are so well planned and communicated to us. The overall service by each and every staff is superb. Every staff is extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, well-trained, and willing to go extra mile to satisfy our needs and requests. Bermuda is a great family destination. It is safe with common language and currency. Onshore excursions, i.e. snorkeling, jet-skiing and beaches were amazing. I would choose Bermuda over anywhere in Mexico anytime. The ship is new, plenty of activities to do, e.g. bumper car, trapeze, FlowRider, iFly, etc. The pool deck and other sitting area furniture is so nice, pretty, and comfortable with well design. Dining room services is without any blemish. They treated everyone of us as VIPs. Food selections from buffet to dining room, from breakfast to dinner and desserts are plentiful. The only suggestion is the fish dishes at the dinner room at the first couple nights were a bit overcooked to me; but the NY strip (steak), lobsters and lamb, along with other dishes were awesome. The couple massage we had was simply the best ever. Onboard entertainments (shows) are as good as those in Las Vegas or NY Broadway, and we didn't have to pay anything. All 3 of my daughters, my mom, my sisters and their families had such a wonderful time together that we didn't want to leave the cruise at all.

The stateroom is awesome and so big!! There are so many wardrobe and drawer space to our clothes and other things. The bathroom is spacious with lots of countertop space. There is even a lighted up vanity desk with a chair. Just unbelievable! It is much better than many hotels and cruises I have ever stayed.
