We had a great time on the Baltic Sea cruise until I fell and broke my wrist. I had to have surgery in Copenhagen. After telling both my husband and I that NCL would be there to help us through the medical stuff, hotels, rebooking flughts home, etc., they put me in an ambulance and we never heard from anyone again. We were blessed to have some wonderful Danes help us in the hospital, find hotels, deal with luggage. Two seniors left stranded in a foreign country is not how NCL should treat its guests. They have not been responsive to our phone calls. The lack of caring and follow through ruined the trip (not the accident). I can not recommend this company, since they do not have your best interest at heart. Find a cruise company that will be there for you the whole process! People matter, not just money!
