having sailed on this ship before and having lots of problems on it was, wondering if it would be the same. Having said that P&O were very helpful to us and we had already booked this cruise before sailing on the last.
So we had a wonderful cruise the weather of course made it even more enjoyable. The scenery was outstanding.
CABIN We had changed our cabin because of the trouble on the last cruise and booked the larger inside, it was brilliant lots of room more like a suite, plenty of storage space, nice large flat screen tv the usual channels and films. Great cabin boy Brian who looked after us exceptionally well even though he had many more cabins to look after.
MDR restaurant was great sat on a different table of 6 each night, really good company and conversations. Food good too yum yum
BUFFET belvedere was good always exceptionally busy but always managed to find a seat. We only ate in the buffet for breakfast, lunch and sometimes afternoon tea, food ok lots of choice.
ENTERTAINMENT the theatre shows were excellent, the headliners team work very hard to put on a good show for us. Mike Doyle the comedian was great just couldn't stop laughing he was on twice. Indigo May was good, they were a duo wonderful singing. Jo & Liv were excellent, they were Irish singers Jo was quite hilarious too. The only thing i would say about the Arcadia is it lacks the alternative entertainment which you get on the other same size ships (mid size) all in all we had a lovely cruise. I will say the atrium is awful
excellent more like a suite, sofa lots of room to move about. large flat screen tv usual channels and films. Excellent cabin boy BRIAN
nice place bigger then we thought
went on the glazier excursion travelled on the troll to get to the top
