Sail Date: Jul 2018

We just completed the seven-day Hubbard Glacier Cruise, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The itinerary was excellent, and we were very fortunate to have great weather. I’d highly recommend it as a quiet respite from hot summer weather in the Lower 48.

Embarkation and disembarkation in Vancouver were seamless. I’d highly recommend spending some time in Vancouver before or after the cruise, as it is an incredible city. We arrived the night before the cruise departed and stayed in the Pan Pacific Hotel. Note that this hotel is on the cruise pier and offers complimentary bag transfer from your room to the ship. This was extremely convenient. Post-cruise, we stayed at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, which was fantastic.

Upon entering the ship, the first thing we noticed is the smaller scale compared to the Solstice class vessels. Having recently sailed on both the Solstice and the Silhouette, the difference was immediately noticeable. However, we quickly adjusted and came to really enjoy the more manageable size of Infinity.
