We are a family of three with an adult daughter taking vacations together. This was our 5th cruise, second one with Norwegian and the 3rd one to Bermuda, so we had benchmarks to compare to. To date this was one of the best cruises we've been on. This positive experience was highly influenced by the excellent service of the Norwegian Escape crew and particularly by the senior hotel and food & beverage management.

Embarkation and Disembarkation

We had experienced a delay during the embarkation caused by the crew emergency drill. This is done for our safety, so no complain about delay in general. The wait overall was painless; there was plenty of seating available along with free coffee and tea. Where Norwegian did fall a bit short, was at the end of the check when we were allowed to start boarding, the announcements were made by the staff shouting out the numbers, which was hard to hear. Why didn't they use the speakers for announcements, I do not know. Nether the less, we were able to get on the ship without much trouble after that. Read more
