Check in was a breeze. Very Clean and sanitized ship. Staff was friendly but overworked therefore they were less attentive to guests. Recreation staff and Spa Staff were amazing! Ship offers good spa deals for guest. The entertainment singers and preformers were TOP NOTCH. We enjoyed the dancing, sitting and listening to music, bar hopping and night activities. Bahamas is pretty and we did a guided Nassau tour. Driving is not for the faint of heart. CocoCay was beautiful but HOT. The island staff their were RUDE and could care less about guest. Parasailing was a Fun excursion and worth the money. Take your own snorkel gear...to rent is $35 person. Food was ok... nothing spectacular. Also, food is not offered all night like other cruises that we have been on. :( There was no late night ice cream. Drink cards were a good investment. I noticed a lot of guest were confused on drink cards, food, and formal night; so staff needs to do a better job being available to answer questions and guidence. My rating is low because there was No security noticed on the ship! Unrudely guest got out of hand and one pulled his pants down at dinner! This guest should had been handled by the security at the beginning of the the cruise; but was ignored. It was a great deal as far as price; but won’t be taking this ship again.
