First of all the positives.

We had a lovely cabin, very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful on the whole and did try their best. The bar areas were lovely as was the theatre. The entertainment in the theatre pretty average. The entertainment team were also very good at what they did.

However the negatives of this ship outweigh the positives and for all of the following reasons we wont cruise with Msc again. We are currently on day four of our cruise and despite the lovely destinations We'll be happy to get off. The problem started when we got on. Also We had taken the all inclusive package for drinks, but discovered that this only included one type of white wine and one lager. We found this odd as the prices on the menu were mainly the same. As this is what we drink, and both were ghastly, we upgraded to the deluxe package which cost an extra 24 euros each per day which entitled us to premium drinks. However most of the bars only had the one lager hubby hates so we either had to go looking for the kind he likes or wait on it being delivered. { this was where the staff were great and went for it for us}. We did complain and they said they would stock all the bars with the premium lagers but it never happened.
