Cabin was very spacious. Many drawers for clothing. Suitcases could be placed underneath the bed which was a bonus! My husband and I both agreed that it was the comfiest bed we have ever slept in....wish I could have taken it home with me! Coffee machine provided with fresh coffee and teas added daily. Balcony was huge, but not furnished as well as it could be, only two loungers and a table, there was plenty of room to add a table and chairs for al fresco dining which would have been nice. We had a butler, not really sure what her purpose was. Brochure offered the fact that she would unpack for you, but this was never offered. We only ever saw her the first 2 days of the trip. Perhaps she had other duties other than being a butler?? Our room cleaner Dorina was a sweetheart. The staff in all the restaurants were very friendly with the exception of the Garden Café, but it always so busy there I understand why with all the chaos. We chose Cagney's, the Moderno and the Bistro for our 3 specialty dinners. Favorite was the Bistro, food and staff wonderful. Least favorite was Moderno, not really fond of so much meat but it was my husband's choice. Staff at Moderno was lovely. We were fortunate and supposed to find out a couple of things we did not expect. One was that even though we were not in The Haven, due to our cabin class we were able to check it through "The Haven" VIP check-in. We felt like celebrities! So quick and efficient. Flowers in the room and chocolate covered strawberries delivered shortly after arrival. Nice touch. Also we did not realize that we would be able to eat breakfast in the Moderno which we did for 4 mornings of our trip. Brochure nor Butler mentioned this, but we found out on our own through our Concierge Anoop who was a great guy. Far better offerings here than then in the Garden Café. Not certain if we could also eat lunch there, as we never asked. Both the Summer Palace, O'Sheehan's and the Indigo offer quite small portions, likely management's way to cut cost on waste as we saw a lot of waste from diners who took food from the Garden Café that they did not eat. Indigo by far is the better choice for an evening meal than the Summer Palace and much nicer atmosphere. My biggest complaint about anything was the food, other than the meal we had at the Bistro the food was NEVER hot, lukewarm at best, even in the small Moderno for breakfast. Without going into detail, I would say the entertainment was poor. The only performance that was okay was the comedian, who I would give 3 out of 5 stars to. I would recommend this cabin as it was very quiet. Other complaint was that on our first port, we were parked in the furthest dock and when we went to take the shuttle bus back there was no indication. which bus and the only person there to ask (some type of security guard) was on the phone, so we and quite a few other people had to walk back to the boat which was at least a mile. They need to have the buses have the same of the ship on them somewhere on the dashboard or something. I booked the Thermal Spa for a week. It was okay, but not as clean as it should be. An area like this should have a full-time cleaner scheduled during all opening hours. There are some canvas prints above the unisex whirlpool which need to be replaced as they are falling apart and looking very grimy. Also some black mildew on the walls in this area. The rest of the ship was clean but this area not so much which took away from the experience. My husband had foot reflexology and was very happy with the treatment. All in all we had a very nice time and we would likely travel with Norwegian again.
