We were recommended to cruise with Royal Caribbean, and we were happy with our experience. Our family had so much fun that we decided to book another cruise for next year.

The service that was provided was exceptional. The crew went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They were genuinely committed in making sure we were satisfied and content with all that was provided.

Not once did any crew member show any sign of annoyance when he/she was providing a service. You can see their goal was for us to feel “taken care of” and happy. The crew members who provided us with drinks throughout our stay even remembered what we were drinking, so they can have them ready when they saw us coming. This type of attention was so uplifting to see and feel that it made our vacation so much more memorable.
