Worst. Cruise ever to Princess Cays and Nassau. Been on several. Staff talked down to us. Disrespectful staff. Would not get the manager when requested. Elevators closed half the time. Food always dry. Food on shore burgers only and not fit for a dog. Burgers were hard, dry and could not even eat it. Ports were nasty, dirty, and smelly. People tried to sell you drugs as soon as you exit the gate. Live entertainment was very poor except for ship director and the crew singing and dancing. Bands really bad. Comic was okay but told way to many racial jokes and pissed off a lot who left. Very disappointed that we spent over $6000 for a cruise that I would never recommend to anyone. Embarkation and Disembarkation was a hassel. Two disabled people and no help with luggage once on the ship. Held up for no reason when leaving and they would not tell us why. Went into customs and one of our kids luggage was check with nothing found and them released. Asked to speak to manager of photography about their staff and they would make up excuses why he was not available. Worst cruise ever!!!

Cabin Review

Cabin Interior 6A

Very small. Seth was a great Stewart. Both cabins were so smelly like dead fish. Had to wait for them to fix smell. One always smelled bad.

Port Reviews

Princess Cays

Beach was not clean. Sharp objects and glass on beach. Swim area very small. Large rocks in swim area where I stumbled and hurt my knee. Food was disgusting. Only burgers and fruit. Burgers were too hard and burnt to eat. Prices on gifts way too high for poor quality items. Looked like the whole area was thrown together at a moment's notice after a hurricane. No thought process went into this area for guest experience. Paid way too much for a crazy experience.

Jacksonville

Poor assistance after you get on the ship if you are disabled. Ask for assistance and was told you have to do it yourself.
