Chosen as a family cruise destination. Especially enjoyed the variety of food venues, and some of the entertainment in the theater and lounge areas. The option of selecting specialty dining, drink, excursion or wi-fi packages was appreciated.

Embarkation in Vancouver and disembarkation in Seward went smoothly, as well as from the all ports we stopped at. Convenient to be able to step off right at dockside, as opposed to being tendered. Also liked the size of the Norwegian Jewel. Because the size of it wasn't overwhelming, you were able to find your way around easily and quickly, with locations being well-marked.

Time spent in the glacial bays was long enough to give passengers time to take photos/videos of the glaciers.

Cabin was clean and spacious. Plenty of storage. Window size afforded for great views. Bathroom (although small) was adequate, with nice shower.
