Amazing

This was our second cruise with celebrity and we chose this itinerary as we only wanted to stay in SPB for one night and liked the idea of an overnight in Stockholm.

Getting on at Southampton was so quick and easy, all in all took about 20 mins.

The ship is beautiful, well appointed and clean. Our stateroom attendant (Dora) was amazing and very responsive. As was our concierge.

We met some wonderful people again and we are confident we will stay good friends with them all for years to come.

The only slight downside for us was that we were unable to dock in SPB due to very high winds. Obviously this upset a lot of people, we were pragmatic as it couldn’t be helped but can see why people were not happy. Celebrity did refund everyone their port fees for the missed port.

We didn’t see many of the shows as it is not our thing, but they seemed popular. The Freddie Mercury tribute was brilliant though. Silent discos were great fun. Only slight criticism would be that the DJ didn’t seem to realize when his playlist wasn’t appreciated. He did take requests though and soon caught on. Sky Lounge was open until at least 2am every night which suited us.

Food was good although the ocean view was obviously set up for the British with curry and fish and chips being served constantly. However was still a good selection.

Getting off the ship was so easy too! Smoothest ever. Overall couldn’t fault it
