Service was great but I don’t like being “nickel and dimed” to death. We don’t drink or gamble so there wasn’t much to do. Kids area had to pay for arcade games and their “area” was a 500sf? room with one fooseball table, a couch and a tv. My kids were NOT excited. Paid an 80% gratuity on CocoCay for a couple of pineapple drinks and no sign was posted about the extra charge. Beds are hard, rooms tiny and cafeteria tasting food. I could have spent the same amount of money having a great time at Atlantis than on this ship. 1st cruise and probably last. Rock climbing wall and bungee trampoline was closed 1st day for rain and next day no one was there so not sure why it was closed again. We finally got a turn on the ping pong table. Only other free things was listen to others sing or the night show which happened to be right during our assigned dinner time. :/

Toilet overflowed. Remote to tv wasn’t clean. Door jams were dirty. Stateroom attendant did a great job coming in and cleaning other areas.
