After reading a lot of reviews I wasn't too sure what to expect being our very first cruise...However I truly believe that you get what you put into any holiday so we went with no great expectations...just to enjoy what we were dealt with and learn from this experience. I must say it was an experience I truly enjoyed..there was not one staff member that didn't greet you with a "hello" or smile...our dining room waiter was fantastic...he let us know right at the beginning that we were on holidays and to enjoy our time and our meals...which we did...I found I looked forward to eating in the dining room just to see them...my husband and son on the other hand enjoyed all the meals...and once in awhile tended to order double entries or just double deserts..gaining that average 7 to 10lbs was easy for them!!!!Thanks Gary Our ports of call were Cozumel, Belize, Roatan and Grand Cayman...all were beautiful with lots to see and do...the only complaint I have about any of these was in Grand Cayman you had to tender off to get to shore...if you did not book and excursion through Carnival you needed to wait a fair amount of time to get a tender after those guests were accomodated... this I found unfair and it cut into our land time by over an hour and a half...the process in which Carnival set up was also very unorganized. Ryan who organizes all entertainment on the ship did a wonderful job. The comedians were fantastic and we had an opportunity to see a magic show...I had seen David Copperfield in Vegas and this magician was just as good if not better...Wow is all I can say. In closing I was very impressed and grateful we took this cruise...again I can't wait to book another one
