First of all these are not cheap cruises and you work hard for your money so you should expect a great experience.

Pros- beautiful places to see!! Western Caribbean was amazing. We had out of this world service from Trinidad and Prathtz in the platinum dining room. Aaron the was also on point. Great service. There was surprisingly always a very good amount of dining tables and beach chairs available on any given day. Totally eliminates the need to have to get up early to look for space.

Cons- terrible service in the gold dining room the first 2 nights. They ignored our table completely and food was cold when it arrived. We got moved to the platinum room after that. Problem with plumbing gave off a horrible smell in our room and we had a flood of water in front of our door. Took a couple of days to fix this. We have been on 4 previous carnival cruises and we had great customer service. We were definitely disappointed that this ship is not as friendly and most staff don’t go out of their way. Will probably not do another carnival cruise.
