I selected this cruise because all the ports were places I had never visited before. I was AMAZED at how smoothly everything ran. Form the moment we arrived at the boat it was like being greeted by family. They were ready for us, no long lines to check in. Our concierge learned our names and greeted us by name daily. Every tour guide was exceptional! They were knowledgeable, funny, as well as courteous and considerate. And the staff on the ship - well I really can't say enough about how wonderful they were! The meals were so delicious and I really appreciated the self-serve coffee/tea/water station with snacks. Loved that we could choose between fresh fruit or homemade cookies! I also appreciated that the food changed and offered regional selections as we traveled across countries. Viking thought of everything and I felt so cared for! I loved it so much I already booked another Viking cruise!
