Cabin: Mini-Suite with Balcony
We flew into FLL on 1/17 and took the SAS shuttle to Port of Miami. Embarkation was relatively quick and very easy. Rooms were ready in the early afternoon.
Our room was spotless, as was the rest of the ship. Staff is always around tidying, painting, dusting, etc. Ship looks brand new for the most part.
We found the entertainment on the Jewel to be second to none. We loved Tim Kaminski both onstage and as he interacted with guests throughout the cruise. The Cirque show was amazing, Cat's Pajamas outstanding, and the production shows very enjoyable.

Great location, about halfway between forward and mid elevators. Quiet, no noise from above or below. Great balcony, nice bathtub and hand held shower. Lots of closet and drawer space.
