We chose this cruise because of the week we needed. This was my husband and I's third cruise, but the 6 people with us were on their first cruise. I would guess none of them will be back and I don't know that my husband and I will either. 2 nd floor smelled like sewage, internet was very expensive and did not work hardly at all. The spa personnel are very pushy trying to sell extras and I was even charged for something I didn't get....nor did I sign for it. We were also woken up 3 times 3 am.....4 am ...announcements in the hall looking for a passenger.....then at 5 am the announcement came through inside the room still looking for a lost passenger. I am really sorry and hope they found this person T.B. but we spent the day tired and out of sorts from lack of sleep. Not all of us stay up partying all night, I can only imagine where this person made off to or passed out at. Swimming pools are very overcrowded...we didn't have these issues on the 6 and 7 night cruises, I first thought because of price..but this cruise wasn't that much cheaper than the other two which were awesome experiences. If you don't sit on the 3rd floor of the shows, sit on 4th or 5th floor you aren't included in the show activities nor do they sell you a beverage...so bring your own or go thirsty. Bingo is ridiculously expensive for the number of games .

Most of the crew were very nice and helpful. Customer service desk were exceptional, as I had to go see them regarding the issues mentioned above.

I think I will choose a different vacation next time...as this one was a bust.
