Second riverboat cruise, since enjoyed first one so much. Like personal touch of riverboats. Comfortable rooms and well-serviced. Get to know other travelers with open seating at all meals; have made many new friends on our cruises. Attentive staff who quickly learned our names and beverage preferences. Shore excursions included, and most guides are very good. Each meal had a featured menu for the area visiting. Daily newsletters very informational. Also, additional activities were added, e.g. another shore excursion, entertainment, on-board lecture. Everything on the boat was great. Customer Service at headquarters was not as good the second time around. Did not have just one rep to work with. Reps were not as knowledgeable about cruise and itinerary as the first cruise we took. Also, the map and itinerary in book we received prior to sailing was incorrect. Improvements needed in Customer Service, We are looking forward to taking another cruise next year, but will be more contentious of Customer Service and not take some things for granted and get more info in writing rather than orally.
