Embarkation and disembarkation was good. The food was excellent also the shows and entertainment. The port in Rostock/Germany was away from the city.Had to pay $15 for a NCL Shuttle,Then again we were supposed to dock in Stockholm but were docked in Nynashamn an hour away.A shuttle was provided. We left at 7:20 am and had to be back by 2:30pmThe ship sail at 7:00pm.Everything was a rush. Then we had to sit for 4 hrs in the ship.If you are over 6ft tall then there is a problem. The light on the wall in the washroom was below my eye level. The toilet had a flushing problem all cruise. The lights in the wash room also went of one day.The services is not the same as the smaller ships.Servers in the dining rooms is not as friendly. For shore excursions if you are not on a NCL Excursion then you had to wait until they take their people out.It seems like you did not pay for your cruise.NCL should think about the others with independent tours which is always cheaper. What we had experienced on this cruise is that the larger ships is not as efficient.Too many people and not as good service. We not going on any other big ship. The service is not there but the gratuity went up.Also the ports are mostly in industrial area.
