We chose this cruise because we were going with family and they liked Norwegian and were Platinum members. The waiters at all of our dinners were very slow. It took a long time to get our food. Refills were very hard to get. We ordered the birthday package for our son and a cake for one of our specialty dinners and the cake was sitting in our room when we got their the first day which was not what we ordered. We thought there would be a sign on our cabin door and there was not. My husband and I had to take another vacation day on Monday July 2nd and now I have only 12 hours left for the rest of he year. We had to get a hotel room for Monday night and fly out on Sunday and change our flights to Monday and change doctors appt. on Monday. It was just a stressful ending to a family vacation that was not so great to begin with.
