The Norwegian Sun is a lovely ship, recently re-done. Itinerary out of Canaveral included only 7hrs in Key West and 1 full day in Havana.
Felt check-in should have gone faster since we were assigned a time. Long lines in the terminal. The ship was great, newly refurbished. Cabin was quiet and bath was spacious. Steward excellent.
Food choices (free-styling) very good. Staff in the two dining rooms were competent, but not very welcoming or friendly/happy. Service at buffets better, more attentive and helpful. Lounge choices good, but wait staff was hard to find, and often didn't return to table.
Cabin Review
Mini-Suite with Balcony
Loved the cabin. Easy for 3 of us to live in. Needed 1 more chair for the balcony so we could all enjoy at the same time. Very quiet. Loved being on deck 11, easy access to the pool.
Port Reviews
Port Canaveral (Orlando)
NASA is a great museum and Ron Jon's is a local icon; but both are a hike from the port.
Key West
Loved Key West. Just do the Hop on/off bus and stop at all the landmarks.
