After reading negative reviews of the horizon I was hesitant to go on the cruise. However, we had an amazing week. The food was phenomenal. We ate in the dining room almost every night and the service was for the most part quick. We ate in the Asian restaurant the last night which was amazing and I highly recommend it. All the staff on board the ship was super nice and went out of their way to be friendly. My biggest complaint was I felt the entertainment was somewhat lacking, particularly some of the playlist production shows were weak. I did enjoy celestrial strings. Embarking was a piece of cake. Velvet crust band is very talented. The fun squad was great and not obnoxious like on some previous cruises. Overall we had an awesome week and would most definitely take the same cruise again! It is very similar to its sister ships and I do wish there could have been more unique things about it
